Motor Vehicle Accidents

If you have been injured when driving a motor vehicle, as a passenger in a motor vehicle or as a pedestrian you have a right to claim providing the injury was caused by the negligence of another person.

Workers Compensation

You have a right to claim providing you have suffered an injury by accident arising out of or in the course of your employment or whilst acting under your employers instructions.

Criminal Injury

Victims of crime have a right to compensation when they have suffered injury or loss as a result of an offence committed in Western Australia. Compensation is paid by the State Government under the Criminal Injuries Compensation Act.

Public Liability

Covers all injuries that occur in public places. From accidents in shopping centres, carparks or common property of units etc where the injury occurs due to negligence on the part of the shopping centre owner, the council or body corporates.
